Master Sheets are single-page documents which give detailed snap-shots of individual standard products. They provide vital information to everyone along the line who touches the product, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Probably the most important aspect to our quality control program is making sure that our products have consistent lighting distribution. We accomplish this by finding the perfect LED pattern for each product. Too few modules can cause darkened areas and too many cause bright spots (and drive up the cost).
Once the pattern is dialed in, we begin CNC scribing the aluminum letter-backs on every subsequent product assuring reliable edge-to-edge lighting. It also removes the possibility of a technician error or guesswork.
